FAQ | CardTracker Pokémon card alerts
FAQ

Straight answers.

Honest answers to the things people actually ask before they sign up.

How fast are the alerts?

Hot cards are checked every few minutes, so you typically hear about a new listing within minutes of it going live. Quieter cards are checked less often, which keeps the speed focused where it matters.

Is it just for deals, or new listings too?

Both, and new listings are the main point. You are alerted the moment any card on your list is posted, plus a flag when it is underpriced. Being first to a fresh listing is the real edge.

Where do the alerts go?

Instant push to your phone and email. Deals fire individually, and the rest arrives in a clean daily digest so your phone stays useful.

Do I need to install anything?

No. CardTracker runs in your browser and sends alerts straight to your phone and email. There is nothing to download and no extension to add.

Which cards can I track?

Any Pokémon single on Cardmarket. You set the language and minimum condition, so you only get alerts you actually care about.

How many cards can I track?

That depends on your plan. During the beta you can start free, and at launch the plans run from a single card up to fifty on the top tier, so you can scale up as your want list grows.

Which marketplaces do you cover?

Cardmarket today, which is where most Pokémon singles trade in Europe. eBay coverage is next on the roadmap, so you will be able to watch both from one place.

How accurate and live is the data?

It is real Cardmarket listing data, scanned every few minutes. Real activity and real prices, timestamped, not estimates or weekly averages. We would rather under-promise on speed than overstate it.

Does it buy cards for me?

No, and that is deliberate. CardTracker is not a buy-bot. It finds the cards and puts them in front of you fast, with the seller one tap away. You review, you decide, you buy.

Is this allowed?

CardTracker independently analyses publicly observable Cardmarket listings to help you act faster. It does not buy on your behalf and does not interfere with Cardmarket's systems. CardTracker is independent and not affiliated with Cardmarket, Nintendo, or The Pokémon Company.

How is this different from a price guide or scanner?

Price guides tell you what a card is worth. Scanners tell you what a card in your hand is. CardTracker tells you the moment a card you want is listed, so you can buy it first.

What does it cost?

It is free during the beta. You will get clear notice before any paid plans begin, and no card is charged during beta.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. When paid plans launch you will be able to change or cancel anytime, no lock-in.

Will you add other card games or sealed product?

That is the plan. We are focused on getting Pokémon singles right first, and other card games plus sealed product are on the roadmap once the core experience is rock solid.

Still curious?

The fastest way to get it is to try it on a card you actually want.
